Chef Hann
Chef Hann has been with the Travellers Inn St. John's for 13 years and his claim to fame
is Homestyle Cooking - everything is made from scratch!
Chef Hann started his cooking career at a Naval Base here in Newfoundland and joined our
Team as a cook and advancing to Head Chef. Chef Hann has his Red Seal Cooking Certificate of
Qualification and is a Pastry Baker. He has lead the Team to being the first hotel in St. John's
to use No Trans Fats.
Chef Hann's specialty is his homemade Fish Chowder and Sunday Traditional Newfoundland Jiggs
Dinner along with his "secret recipe" gravy and sauces.
