We collect the personal information you provide us when you enquire about, and/or make a reservation at, any of the hotels or resorts owned and/or managed by SilverBirch. The personal information we may collect includes your name, gender, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information and preferred language of communication, and other information, such as your arrival and departure dates and the number of adults and children accompanying you during your stay. We may also collect personal information when you enquire about and/or acquire other travel-related products or services available through our website from time to time, or when you choose to participate in one of our contests or other promotions.

In addition, when you make a reservation at any of the hotels or resorts owned and/or managed by SilverBirch or purchase a travel-related product or service, you may be asked to provide us with other information such as the name of your company, your home address and fax number, and any special requests you may have to make your stay more enjoyable. You are not required to provide us with this information. To the extent that you do provide us with this or other non-required information, its use and disclosure will be governed by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We also may automatically collect general anonymous information related to your use of our website, such as the date and time you visit the website and the pages you visit on the website. In addition, we collect "cookie" information from your browser to identify your computer and provide us with a record of your visits to our website.
